As an author and speaker on inclusive workplaces, Karen Catlin saw the need to lend a voice to those underrepresented in the healthcare industry, especially after the last few years in which these workers have given so much to their communities.  In her latest book; Belonging in Healthcare: The Better Allies® Approach to Creating More Inclusive Workplaces Karen gives us a practical approach to being a better ally for co-workers to create a more inclusive so everyone can thrive.

This is the book that allies in healthcare have been searching for: an industry-specific guide to the mindsets, strategies, and changes needed to make their workplaces more equitable from the inside out. Listen to our interview below!
