When we feel stuck, our attention tends to narrow around the problem.
- I hate my job.
- I don’t know what I want anymore.
- I should be further along by now.
- I know something needs to change, but I don’t know what.
Those thoughts start to feel like facts. But there’s often much more underneath them. Dated expectations, habits, fear, responsibilities, someone else’s idea of what your life was supposed to look like, or simply a goal that no longer fits you.
This guide gives you a way to get curious about all of that.
You’ll look at how you got here, what may be keeping you here, whose voices you’re listening to, and what you might see if you change your perspective.
There are questions to answer, exercises to try, and places where I’ll ask you to stop thinking so hard and notice what comes up first.
There’s no formula for getting unstuck because there’s no single definition of stuck.
The goal isn’t to get you moving at all costs. It’s to help you see your choices more clearly, so whatever you do next is actually your choice.
Work straight through the guide or jump to the questions that feel most useful right now. Write in a journal, talk your answers out loud, come back later and answer them differently.
No grades. No perfect answers. No requirement to reinvent your life today.
Just some good questions, a little perspective, and room to figure out what comes next.
