I offer a free 30-minute mindfulness meditation each Friday from 9 to 9:30 AM PT. It was hosted on the OnZoom platform until now but from the feedback from participants, I’m moving it back to Zoom starting January 8, 2021! This is an opportunity to learn some new tools and take time for yourself at the end of the week, kicking off your mindset for the weekend.
I invite you to join us on Friday mornings for 30 minutes of free weekly drop-in on mindfulness and meditation. Feel free to join by phone or video, all are welcome to participate, no experience needed.
