Lose the stress, and Rekindle the joy within you!
The setting is among the beautiful red rocks of Sedona, one of America’s great spiritual centers.
The goal? To rekindle that spark of joy, deep inside our hearts. We know it's there but we've forgotten how to bring it forward.
We'll spend this time together bringing mindful attention to our own self-care, reduce stress, build inner confidence, cultivate kindness and compassion for yourself and others and come home feeling refreshed and ready to apply what you've learned to daily life.
You don't need to have experience with meditation or mindfulness, but if you are, you'll learn new tools to add to your practice!

Feedback from attendees
I didn't know what to expect and I loved everyone. Over 3 days, I was able to start implementing practices that I wasn't able to do on my own.
Tools/practices to take home - I've been home for 2 days and I'm using/doing several of the practices each day (so far)... and I feel like I will continue. ~L.S.
Heidi's yoga guidance was specific, helpful and individualized. The yoga was a great complement to sitting and working on mindfulness exercises. The time passed very quickly. ~D.
I can bring peace/joy into my life without spending a lot of time on it each day... and there so many little things that can be done to bring those feelings into my daily life.~Anon.
This was a life changing event in Sedona with Janet & CJ this week.
Meditations, yoga, thoughtful and insightful discussions with an amazing group.
Had to focus on meditations and make changes for my personal growth and peace.
Thank you ~C.L.
Janet is a superb growth facilitator, with a knack for knowing when to slow down, when to break and when to pursue. Much like better orchestra conductors, her directives were gentle, clear but very aware, and quick to offer support to individuals, at the precise moment needed. ~D.B.
EVERYTHING! Meditation and yoga I will practice consistently now, but the lessons and workbook activities were valuable illustrations to complete the package.
One on one conversations were the icing on the cake... talking to people about important things is my favorite past time. ~H.S..
The pacing of the retreat was perfect, each segment building on the last. As the days unfolded, deeper self-awareness arose. Tools to increase mindfulness were explained and demonstrated in simple, clear steps.
Janet has a nurturing personality that must be experienced in person to fully appreciate. She is a very wise, humble and helpful guide and, now, friend.~Anon

Rahelio’s approach combines wisdom teachings from eastern Yogic traditions, Taoist wisdom, Christian mysticism, and Native American shamanism. He was especially drawn to the teachings of Toltec wisdom that has come out of Mexico, and to the practice of Kriya yoga through Babaji’s lineage. Since I was already very deep into the practice of western astrology, I was able to merge this perspective into the teachings of the Medicine Wheel as taught to him by Sun Bear.
He conducts Native American style weddings, Sweat Lodges and blessing ceremonies, as well as sharing shamanic teachings and energetic practices including Medicine Wheel empowerments with the sacred drum, flute, songs, and chants.
For this retreat Rahelio will be taking us to a medicine wheel he created on the grounds of the Amithaba Stupa and Peace Park where he will share with us about the sacred land of Sedona, guide us in walking the medicine wheel and perform a drum blessing. Learn more about Rahelio on his website.
