Time for a mind-shift?

Mindfulness and emotional intelligenceChange can be hard. Often it’s harder when we make a shift from something we are comfortable and successful at. The longer we have done something, the more impetus we need to get out of our rut and make change happen.

I’ve been known as a digital marketer for well over 20 years. Social media is an amazing marketing channel and I love the challenge and constant learning curve. I’ve often coached people in how to take a mindful approach to how they market and run their businesses.

Not so many have known about my other great passion, the study of mindfulness and how it can bring us resilience, strength and happiness. Over the last few years, I have been working double time. Creating social strategies as CEO of Tatu Digital Media, and working with people who wanted to learn how to use the tools of mindfulness and emotional intelligence to be more productive and happier in their lives.

I believe it is time we think differently about how we interact with others, how we lead and coach leaders to engage and meet the needs of 21st century business. Using what I’ve learned, I have found new strength, resilience and love for the work of coaching people in mindfulness and emotional intelligence.

It’s time for a major mind-shift in the way we work and the way we live.
People are no longer satisfied with running in the rat race. We all deserve to experience a rich and satisfying life. They want to work in a conscious business atmosphere where they feel respected and heard.

With the launch of Mindful Social Marketing I made a step toward coaching marketers to use a more mindful approach to how we market products and services.

Then, with the release of my new book, When Life Hits the Fan, I dig deeper into teaching mindful self-awareness and how we can build resilience, find ways to live our lives more fully, even in the most challenging of times.

All of this is to say, I’ve made some big decisions this year. Tatu Digital continues to excel at social media management for our clients, and I am so proud of our amazing team.  My personal path leads toward working with the next generation of business leaders. Those who believe in conscious business practices, and having a life!

If you are looking for a mindfulness coach for yourself or your team, set up some time and let’s talk about what I can do for you. I can’t wait to show you.
