Any of my clients or connections can tell you how often I stress the importance of listening. Listening to your network for opportunities, listening to social media networks at large for mentions of you, your product, the competition and areas of interest so you don’t miss opportunities to engage, solve problems or just to simply say thank you. Not to mention new learning opportunities! Listening is one of the most important skills you can learn, no matter what your business is.
All that listening can be time consuming, but it doesn’t have to be if you get organized about it.
